It has been my pleasure to know Judy and of the work that she has done over the years on behalf of abandoned, neglected, and abused horses at the rescue she founded, Heart of Tucson. Heart of Tucson was the recipient of proceeds from the. When we first visited Judy and her operation, we were impressed by the dedication and commitment her group had made to saving horses.
